Case 6. Esthetic Rehabilitation

 

Esthetic rehabilitation in a young adult patient with large diastemas. Direct composite restorations were used to close spaces and improve teeth proportions and forms before replacing the implant supported crown on the upper left lateral incisor. The use of direct bonding to optimize smile configuration is a cost-effective and reliable solution to improve the treatment outcome.
