Case 4. Direct Anterior Restoration

 

Large single tooth build-up to correct a severe tooth hypoplasoa on the left upper centrial incisor in an adult patient. The buxxo-lingual technique using a silicone index and the 'Natural Layering Technique' (only dentin & enamel masses) combined with some ice effect shade underneath the enamel surface, allowed to restore such large defect in a reliable and cost-effective manner.
